Terms and Conditions for Kilimanjaro Raven Treks and Safaris

Booking & Payment

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after receiving a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour start date.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
Late Payments: If the final payment is not received by the due date, Kilimanjaro Raven Trek and Safaris reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

Cancellations & Refunds

Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made 30-60 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Kilimanjaro Raven Trek and Safaris cancels a tour, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Health & Safety

Health Requirements: Clients must inform Kilimanjaro Raven Trek and Safaris of any pre-existing medical conditions. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are medically and physically fit for the tour.
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients, covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
Safety Compliance: Clients must comply with all safety instructions provided by guides. Kilimanjaro Raven Trek and Safaris is not liable for accidents resulting from non-compliance.

Liability & Responsibility

Limitations of Liability: We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political instability, or transportation delays.
Third-Party Services: We work with reputable service providers but are not responsible for their specific actions or omissions.

Privacy & Jurisdiction

Data Usage: Personal information provided is used solely for booking and tour management and is protected under our privacy policy.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
