The trail gradually ascends beneath towering trees covered in moss and tropical vegetation. Along the way, your guide will explain the unique ecology of Mount Kilimanjaro while pointing out wildlife such as blue monkeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and colorful bird species often found in the forest.
